I’m passionate about helping people who value—and are committed to—improving their health and wellness. With more than 14 years’ clinical experience as an acupuncturist and herbalist, and 10 years as a psychological research specialist at UIC and NYU, I understand how emotions impact the physical body and prioritize that in my practice. 

My approach is warm, intuitive, heart-centered, and integrative, with respect for what both Eastern and Western medicine have to offer. I believe in the power of human connection to help heal and provide a healing experience that leaves you feeling relaxed, empowered, and hopeful.
